Who I Am and What I Do

I am fully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma (Distinction) in Swedish Massage, Level 3 Sports Massage and have recently completed certification as an Oncology (cancer) massage therapist. I am dedicated to continuously enhancing my skills and have pursued advanced training in a wide range of therapies, including Advanced Soft Tissue in Cranium & Jaw, Neck & Shoulders and Hip & Low Back, Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Balinese Massage Therapy (studied in Bali, Indonesia), Myofascial Release Therapy, Natural Facelift Massage and most recently Hot Stone Therapy. My passion for ongoing learning allows me to broaden my expertise to provide the best care and most effective treatments for my clients.
